Sterling Estates of West Cobb Senior Living is hiring a Dining Room Server to join our culinary team in the Assisted Living or Independent Dining Rooms in Marietta, GA. The role includes full dining service responsibilities and a focus on hospitality for seniors.

We are offering 1 full-time and 2 part-time positions with shifts from 7am–2pm or 2pm–7pm. Pay starts at $12.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities to grow in a supportive, resident-focused community.

Qualifications

• Sophomore year of high school completed is required
• Experience in food service work is preferred
• Experience in working with seniors is preferred

Responsibilities

• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
• Take orders, provide service and assist guests courteously.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in the dining area.
