Job summary

Dartcor Hospitality is hiring a Dishwasher to support a high-volume commissary kitchen. You will wash and store dishes, keep kitchen and offices clean, and follow hygiene standards to ensure a safe, sanitary workplace.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and can involve early shifts, with Sunday-Thursday scheduling. Compensation starts at $19.00 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dishwashing, janitorial, or similar roles preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness.
• Strong attention to detail in all cleaning tasks, particularly washing and organizing dishes.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable transportation daily.

Responsibilities

• Wash all dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment; ensure cleanliness.
• Put away dishes after washing and drying in correct locations.
• Maintain kitchen floors; sweep and mop for a hygienic environment.
• Clean surfaces, counters, sinks, and stoves; prevent contamination.
• Empty trash bins; dispose of waste per procedures.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment; keep stocked and functional.
• Report issues with dishwashing machines or kitchen equipment.
• May assist with light prep tasks with commissary team.
