Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds; stand for a full shift; weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food by preparing menu items to Wonder standards, keeping stations clean and stocked.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage.
• Deliver Incredible Hospitality by greeting guests and assisting with orders, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Participate in light local marketing activities and ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Maintain top-tier sanitation across kitchen and dining areas and restock equipment as needed.
• Be a Key Part of the Team by supporting teammates and maintaining a positive, high-energy environment.
