• Adhere to food quality, appearance and presentation standards.
• Produce and serve menu cycle programs compliant with nutritional/dietary criteria.
• Show speed, accuracy, and efficiency in cooking preparation.
• Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of cooking preparation and production.
• Assist with serving of meals and ware washing as necessary.
• Visit residents to evaluate food service quality and make operational improvements.
• Represent the community in a warm, inviting manner to create a positive marketing environment.
• Support driving top-line revenue and occupancy through engaged staff and sound decisions.
