Job summary

The Ghoman Group is seeking an experienced Director of Construction to lead hospitality construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects across its properties. You will manage projects from planning and budgeting through completion, ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and budgets are met.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of construction management, strong leadership, and proven ability to coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors on on-site hotel projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Experience with hospitality, hotel, or large-scale renovations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and capital improvement projects across properties.
• Develop budgets, schedules, scopes of work, and timelines.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, general contractors, and vendors.
• Review plans, contracts, and change orders; monitor costs and safety.
• Prepare progress and financial reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
