Job summary

Bridge is a fast-growing, AI-powered capital markets fintech focused on hospitality lending. We are expanding our footprint and seeking a CRE professional in NYC to support live hotel debt transactions nationwide.

You will work closely with our SVP of Commercial Real Estate, perform underwriting, build financial models, and coordinate diligence across multiple deals. This role offers a hands-on launchpad for a career in hotel capital markets.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in CRE or capital markets or related analytical finance role.
• Based in NYC to work with HQ.
• Strong financial modeling and cash flow fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support full transaction lifecycle from screening to closing.
• Underwrite and analyze hotel financial performance and cash flows.
• Generate lender packages and marketing materials for transactions.
• Manage relationships with lenders, hotel owners, and developers.
