The Westin Nashville is hiring a Server Assistant (Busser) to support our dining room operations in a fast-paced hotel setting. You will assist servers, maintain table readiness, and help ensure guest satisfaction.

No prior experience is required, but hospitality experience is a plus. The role requires flexible scheduling, physical stamina, and a professional appearance in line with hotel standards.

Qualifications

• No formal education required, hospitality experience a plus.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart.
• Assist servers by removing finished plates and glassware to maintain a tidy dining area.
• Keep server stations clean, stocked, and organized with needed supplies.
• Assist with running food and drinks to tables as directed by servers.
• Ensure water glasses are filled and refilled discreetly and attentively.
• Assist with opening and closing duties including setup and cleaning tasks.
• Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.
