Job summary

DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking a Hospitality Attendant to support our guests and team across food service areas. The role involves setting up and breaking down buffets, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and delivering friendly service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 months related experience in a food service role.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid time-management and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, breakdown, clean-up and service of the buffets.
• Assist in the set-up and closing of the buffet using the provided checklists.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures.
• Complete daily inventory prep sheet.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, lobby and surrounding areas.
• Clear and clean tables; wash dishes and serving utensils as needed.
• Collect trash and waste and transport to disposal area.
• Check fixtures, equipment and conditions for proper operation and report deficiencies.
