Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Montgomery, Alabama is hiring for a part-time breakfast and reception support role at the Montgomery Embassy Suites. You will help prepare, present, and maintain the complimentary breakfast and/ or evening reception, ensure clean and guest-ready areas, and assist across stations as needed.

We seek friendly team players with a guest-first attitude. Training is provided; experience in restaurant or customer service is preferred, and certifications in Food Safety and Alcohol

Qualifications

• No experience? Training provided.
• Restaurant, customer service or cashier experience preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set the stage for a great guest experience by preparing, presenting, and maintaining our complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception.
• Keep everything clean, stocked, and guest-ready—buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment.
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly and professionally.
• Jump in where needed—light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and team members.
• Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards throughout your shift.
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
• Communicate key updates during shift changes to keep everyone aligned.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues as needed.
