Valley Health's Winchester Medical Center is seeking a Hospitality Associate, Barista, for a part-time role in the on-site cafe. You will craft beverages, manage food items, follow standardized recipes, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests and staff in a fast-paced setting.

The position supports a team-oriented coffee shop, requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), and may involve Serve Safe exam completion to guarantee safe handling and service of products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and follow oral and written instructions and procedures.
• Basic math and record-keeping; capable of operating a cash register.
• Complete and pass Serve Safe exam.

The Hospitality Associate follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. Anticipates customer needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs. Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed. **Education** High School Diploma or GED preferred **Experience** Previous food service experience/training preferred. **Qualifications** Must be 16 years of age.
