Valley Health System in Minnesota is seeking a Hospitality Associate, Barista, to deliver quality beverages, whole bean coffee, and food items by following recipes and presentation standards. You’ll ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines while delivering legendary customer service to every guest.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 16 years of age or older, cash handling, and ability to read and follow instructions. Prior food service is preferred.

The Hospitality Associate, Barista, provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. The Hospitality Associate follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. Anticipates customer needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs. Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed.

Education

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience

Previous food service experience/training preferred

Qualifications
