Opensity in Washington, United States, seeks a Hospitality Specialist to deliver concierge-style service in a professional office setting. Move from food & beverage or hotel work to a Monday–Friday schedule supporting high‑level meetings, events, and daily office hospitality needs.

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1-year work experience, client service-oriented preferred.
  • Good customer service skills, including tact in handling client concerns.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated concierge-level experience by greeting guests, responding to requests, and ensuring interactions reflect a polished service approach.
  • Prepare and set up meeting rooms, including providing hot and/or continental meals for meetings.
  • Inspect floors to ensure conference rooms and pantry areas are clean and stocked.
  • Assist with service requests, supply delivery, event setup, and operational support tasks.
  • Use scheduling tools and room booking systems to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Provide coverage for occasional after-hours firm events, ensuring smooth setup and breakdown.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an elevated concierge-level experience by greeting guests, responding promptly to requests, and ensuring all interactions reflect a polished and service-oriented approach.

  • Prepare and set up meeting rooms according to detailed specifications, including providing hot and/or continental meals such as breakfasts, lunches, and catered meeting refreshments.

  • Conduct routine inspections of assigned floors to ensure all conference rooms and pantry/kitchen areas are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.

  • Assist with miscellaneous service requests such as supply delivery, event setup, equipment needs, or other operational support tasks as assigned. Provide flexibility in handling evolving and simultaneous priorities.

  • Utilize various software systems, scheduling tools, (I.e., room booking systems) to manage tasks efficiently.

  • Provide coverage for occasional after-hours firm events, ensuring smooth setup, coordination, and breakdown as needed to support internal and client-facing functions.

The Compensation range for this role is 20.00 to 24.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s location, skills, experience and qualifications.
