Job summary

Job Description

The Hospitality and Concierge Ambassador is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $30.00 to $32.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• - Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed
• - Maintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• - Coordinate resolution of guest concerns
• - Communicates closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• - Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications

• - Previous guest services experience preferred

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
