Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Hospitality Worker II to ensure guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating concerns. Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing directions and information, operating a register, handling inquiries via phone and email, and maintaining a positive service mindset across shifts.

Job Description

The Hospitality Worker II is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $18.80 to $18.80. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
