Job summary

Spring Valley Health & Rehab is hiring Hospitality Aides to support our care team and residents while you train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). If you’re compassionate, eager to learn, and excited to make meaningful connections—we want YOU on our team!

Qualifications

• No CNA certification required to start—we’ll train you.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A heart for helping others and a strong desire to grow in senior care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities like meals, hydration, companionship, and mobility.
• Work with CNAs and nurses to learn care routines and protocols.
• Provide updates about residents’ well-being to the nursing team.
• Help maintain a clean, organized environment for residents and staff.
• Receive training toward CNA certification and transition to a CNA role on completion.
