You’ll assist with non-clinical tasks, help with snacks, transport residents, maintain rooms, respond to call lights, and support activity setup in a respectful, safe environment.

Responsibilities

Entry-Level Role with Growth Opportunity

Glendive Medical Center is hiring a Hospitality Aide, an entry-level role designed to help you gain experience while working toward becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The Hospitality Aide supports nursing staff by assisting with non-clinical tasks that enhance resident comfort, safety, and quality of life.

GMC provides all required CNA classes, and employees have 120 days from hire to complete training and pass the CNA exam.

What You’ll Do - Extended Care

• Assist with snack and hydration distribution


• Help maintain clean and organized resident rooms


• Transport residents to meals, activities, and appointments
