Franklincare in Wisconsin is seeking a Hospitality Aide to support residents’ daily care and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. You will assist with non-clinical tasks, help with meals, and encourage participation in activities.

Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services with non-clinical tasks (bed-making, passing water/ice, answering call lights, gathering supplies).

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Provide laundry assistance as needed.
• Follow safety and compliance standards; observe and report concerns to management.
• Assist with additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.

Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide

In this role, you will:

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.

• Assist with Meals: Prepare,deliver, and clean upmeals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.

• Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.

• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards:Comply withthe Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.

• Observeand Report:Identifyand promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursingattention.

• Assistas Needed: Performadditionalnon-clinicalduties to supportdailyfacility operations.
