• Assist with Meals: prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: support residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all safety policies.
• Observe and Report: identify and promptly report concerns or safety issues to management or nursing.
• Assist with Additional Non-Clinical Duties: support daily facility operations.
