In this role, you will assist the nursing team with bed-making, meals, laundry, and call-light responses, while encouraging resident engagement and ensuring adherence to safety policies. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide

In this role, you will:

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.

• Assist with Meals: Prepare,deliver, and clean upmeals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.

• Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.

• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms andcommon areasclean, organized, and safe.

• Provide Laundry Assistance:Assistwith resident laundry services as needed.

• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards:Comply withthe Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.

• Observeand Report:Identifyand promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursingattention.

• Assistas Needed: Performadditionalnon-clinicalduties to supportdailyfacility operations.
