Gilmer Nursing is seeking a Hospitality Aide to support residents with non-clinical daily care, maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will help with bed-making, serving meals, answering call lights, and assisting with supplies, while documenting as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the nursing department with non-clinical tasks (bed-making, passing water/ice, answering call lights, gathering supplies).
• Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide laundry assistance as needed.
• Follow safety and departmental policies and procedures; report concerns promptly.
• Observe and report safety issues or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
• Assist with additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.

Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: Prepare,deliver, and clean upmeals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms andcommon areasclean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: Assistwith resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: Comply withthe Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
