Job summary

River Oaks Skilled Nursing and Therapy is seeking an entry-level Hospitality Aide to support residents and staff in a caring, team-oriented environment. No nursing degree required; training opportunities and benefits are provided for full-time team members.

Responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment, assisting with room moves, answering call lights, and helping residents with comfort and activity needs while guiding visitors around the facility. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities and Purpose

• Work with our team to provide a welcoming and friendly environment.
• Assist with room moves, clothing identification, and other housekeeping duties.
• Assist in answering the call lights and route to the proper caregiver.
• Assist residents with comfort needs such as adjusting temperature, closing blinds, and moving personal items within reach
• Assist in resident activities
• Assist resident with technology needs
• Help visitors find their desired locations within the facility

Requirements
