Job summary

Odessa Health Care Center is seeking a compassionate Hospitality Aide to assist our residents with daily living activities, meals, and mobility. You will work closely with our care team to ensure comfort, safety, and dignity. A caring approach, empathy, and strong work ethic are essential.

• Assist in urgent care situations with quick thinking and effective communication
• Engage with patients, providing empathetic and individualized support
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
