Sonesta International Hotels is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure accuracy and controls across the property, and partner with operations to drive financial performance.

The role suits someone with hospitality finance experience, strong analytical skills, and a track record in month-end close, budgeting, and audits. On-site with total rewards supporting health and retirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of accounting, hospitality finance, hotel accounting, or financial reporting experience preferred.
• CPA track, accounting certifications, or hospitality finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll support, reconciliations, journal entries, and cash management.
• Prepare and review financial statements, variance reporting, and operational analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, labor analysis, and departmental financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial policies.
• Lead month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting deadlines.
