HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, FL, seeks a full-time Hospitalist Site Chief to lead our expanding team of elite physicians at a Level II Trauma Center. This role combines clinical and administrative duties, with 7 on/7 off 12-hour shifts, 7am-7am coverage, and nightly call on weekends.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Internal Medicine required.
• Florida License and DEA required.
• Mix of clinical and administrative duties.
• Experience managing a team of 15 hospitalists.
• On-site 7am-7am with nightly call, weekends, nights.
• 7 on/7 off 12-hour shifts.
• GME coverage for Internal Medicine Residency.
• Daily census around 25 per provider.
• Hospitalists manage ICU patients.
• Hospitalists do NOT run codes.
• Preferred experience with Meditech EMR.
