HCA Florida Blake Hospital in Bradenton is seeking a full-time Hospitalist Site Chief to lead a growing team of elite physicians within a 383-bed tertiary center. The role combines clinical leadership with administrative oversight to drive outstanding patient outcomes in a Level II Trauma Center.

The ideal candidate is board certified in Internal Medicine, holds Florida license and DEA, and has proven leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Must be board certified in Internal Medicine.
• Florida License and DEA required.
• Mix of clinical and administrative duties.
• Manage a team of 15 hospitalists.
• Leadership experience required.
• On-site 7am-7am, nightly call coverage and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing team of hospitalists to ensure top patient outcomes.
• Oversee daily ICU patient care and utilization.
• Collaborate with mid-levels and support staff to optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and EMR usage.
