Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for a remote contract role. You will review medical records, including inpatient documentation, to support AI training and data quality. The position is 10-40 hours per week with compensation of $100-$120 per hour.

Ideal candidates hold MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine and have strong inpatient experience. You will follow clear guidelines and communicate findings to the project team.

• Comfortable reviewing clinical notes and raw medical record data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear guidelines consistently.
• Experience with chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding/QA is a plus.
