Job summary

Jefferson Health in New Jersey seeks a hospitalist to provide inpatient medical care, perform admissions, daily rounds, and discharges, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires an MD or DO, board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and a NJ license (or eligibility). Knowledge of EPIC EMR is used to document care, with an emphasis on independent and team-based practice.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Current New Jersey medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Active DEA and CDS registrations.
• Prior hospitalist experience preferred.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
