Oregon (Physician/MD qualifications required) Hospitalist- Family Practice - Hospitalist Physician opportunity in Eugene, OR

Wonderful opportunity to join a well-established team of 14 physicians and 6 APPs at our Springfield|Eugene Medical Center. Collaboration is the cornerstone of our practice. Position Highlights:

1. 113-bed community healthcare provider with a staff of over 300 healthcare professionals, offering inpatient, outpatient care, diagnostic, medical, surgical and emergency care.
2. We have a semi-open ICU with on-site intensivists during the day and tele-ICU support at night.
3. We serve an underserved population, and we actively collaborate within our hospital and with other local healthcare facilities to better serve our community.
4. Full time is 15 Day Shifts per month or 180 shifts/year.
5. Block schedule or flexible schedule.
6. 3 physicians on during the day with 2 APPs; 1 physician on at night; 1 APP on at night.
7. Path to Partnership program for employed physicians – at year 2, partnership is evaluated, and partners can double their productivity bonuses.
