The Department of Medicine at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University is hiring for a full-time academic Nocturnist Physician at Methodist Hospital.

Responsibilities

  1. Supervision of residents and management of non-housestaff supported clinical services including cross coverage and admissions.
  2. Sharing responsibilities with three nocturnists nightly.
  3. Playing a pivotal role in triaging patients to the appropriate hospital medicine and sub-specialty care teams.
  4. Shifts are 12 hours.

Qualifications

  • Applicants must hold a medical degree and be board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
