• We offer physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship to ensure clinical excellence.
• W2 full-time physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits.
• Enjoy autonomy and flexibility with work schedules, typically a 45-hour work week for full-time positions.
• Paid training is provided during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship.

Requirements:

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Practice Overview:

• Full-time work: Monday - Friday (7am-4pm); part-time options available.
• No call or weekend responsibilities.
• Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Part-time role requires a minimum of 3 days per week; full-time is 4-5 days per week.
• This is a mobile practice: physicians visit facilities within a 40-60 mile radius of the practice location.
• Visit 2-3 facilities daily, treating approximately 20-30 patients per day.
• Complete clinical documentation in real-time using proprietary wound-specific EMR during rounds.
• Paid training during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship are provided.
• This is a W2 employment; no work visa sponsorship is available.
