Overview

Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our Hospitalist team as a Nocturnist in Normal, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• Experience required
• Excellent compensation ($1,000 shift differential) in addition to a generous sign-on bonus
• .5 FTE Nocturnist position (7 PM - 7 AM)
• Work 1 week (7 days in a row) per month
• Sick days allotted from day 1
• Established Hospitalist program
• Open ICU with 12 licensed ICU beds
• No procedures required

• Nursing floor based rounding
• Hospitalists run all codes

Compensation And Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $175,500 - $263,500. The actual offer will depend on experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked, and the compensation model.
