• Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage with clinical autonomy and collaboration across cardiology, pulmonary/critical care, surgery and other specialties.
• Work within a team-focused environment with APCs, nursing staff and administrators to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain flexible scheduling and participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional growth.
