Job summary

SaidGig is seeking a remote contractor to apply hospital medicine expertise to train AI systems focused on inpatient care and documentation standards. You will review records and provide feedback to improve model performance and data quality.

Responsibilities include evaluating inpatient notes, FHIR data, and claims for accuracy; following strict guidelines; and communicating findings to the project team. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• MD or DO board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Recent inpatient or hospitalist experience within the last 2 years.
• Strong understanding of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows.
• Experience with chart review, medical coding, or quality assurance is a plus.
• Comfort reviewing clinical notes and raw medical-record data.
• Ability to follow clear guidelines consistently.

• Comfort reviewing clinical notes and raw medical-record data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear guidelines consistently.
• Experience with chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, medical coding, or quality assurance is a plus.
• Experience working across different inpatient services or specialties is a plus.

Work Terms

• Remote contractor engagement.
• $70–$100 per hour.
