Henry Ford Genesys Hospital in Grand Blanc, MI, seeks a Hospitalist Physician Assistant to join a seven-days-on, seven-days-off schedule. The PA will handle admissions, work independently alongside our physicians, and utilize the EMR to support patient care in a collaborative hospitalist team.

The ideal candidate is a board-certified or eligible PA with hospitalist experience or a strong interest in inpatient medicine and is authorized to work in the United States.

Local Team Collaboration

Become a part of a close-knit team of 16 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners with the support of a clinical performance nurse and practice coordinator at Henry Ford Genesys Hospital. We meet monthly for team meetings and internal staff meetings. These are intended to update the team on hospital or group initiatives, discuss barriers, and highlight providers making a difference.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible physician assistant.
• Prior Hospitalist experience encouraged.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling

Full-time admissions position. This is a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation. Shifts are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
