Opportunity

Hospitalist Physician Assistant position with flexible full-time and part-time scheduling options, offering a high level of autonomy within a collaborative, team-oriented hospital medicine program.

Details

• Full‑time and part‑time opportunities with a 7‑on / 7‑off scheduling model.
• Day shift: 7:00am – 5:00pm (average 12 patients per shift).
• Swing shift: 4:00pm – 2:00am (average 7–8 admissions per shift).
• High autonomy within a supportive team structure.
• No direct ICU coverage (physician support available for medical management when needed).
• Active participation in codes and rapid response events when applicable.
• Daily team huddles and monthly meetings focused on collaboration and patient experience.
• Utilizes EPIC and internal informatics platforms.

Qualifications

• Board certification as a Physician Assistant required.

Compensation

• $120,000+ depending on shift, plus incentives.
