Qualifications

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physicians obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred.
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Responsibilities

• Adapt fluidly across specialized clinical shifts, delivering targeted inpatient care.
• Act as admitter for initial workups or as rounder managing daily patient care to recovery.
• Coordinate seamless patient transitions and discharge plans with case management for safe home or post-acute transitions.
