The Hospitalist Service features an 7 on 7 off schedule, EPIC EMR, no night responsibilities, and a comprehensive set of benefits designed to support physician

Responsibilities

• Admit and evaluate hospitalized patients.
• Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including medication management, diagnostic procedures, and discharge planning.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide bedside care and patient education.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Participate in rounds, case conferences, and other quality improvement initiatives.
