Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

1. Completed an approved Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy residency in a relevant specialty such as Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, resulting in board eligibility or certification.
2. Licensed to practice medicine in the State of West Virginia.
3. Active WV DEA certificate without restrictions.
4. Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
5. Credentialed and privileged as a member of the Medical Staff at Mon Health Medical Center.
