• 16 physicians; 8 APPs
• Seven days on/seven off; 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
• No procedures, closed ICU, no codes

Salary

• Competitive compensation: $128-$164/hour W-2; includes $75,000 equity after 2 years, up to $35,000/year from 10% company-funded 401(k), $4,000/year tax-free BEA/CME (plus license fees for new grads), paid parental and military leave, comprehensive benefits, and malpractice coverage with tail and litigation support.
