Job description

A top critical-access hospital in Washington state (WA) is seeking a Hospitalist Physician (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds trained) to join their long-tenured team.

Position Highlights:

1. Inpatient only with optional outpatient shifts available — maintain skills in both areas if interested
2. Four-day work week with nights, weekends, and Fridays off — home with your family each night
3. Average census of 2-3 patients with NO ICU responsibilities
4. EMR: EPIC
5. Join a team of 4 physicians, each with over 15 years of experience
6. Option to pick up ED shifts, but not required

Compensation Package:

1. Competitive base salary ranging from $270,000 to $300,000 — negotiable based on skills and experience
2. Annual retention bonus
3. Sign-on bonus of $50,000
4. Relocation assistance up to $20,000
5. Comprehensive benefits including:
