As the program director, you will have dedicated hospital support and financial backing to lead a top-tier internal medicine residency program. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic leadership and maintaining the program's standards, quality, and reputation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Board certification in Internal Medicine (IM)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Florida medical license
• Willingness to share clinical and administrative duties equally (50/50)
• Strong leadership, administrative, and team-building skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Minimum of five years as an active faculty member in an ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency program and at least two years of graduate medical education administrative experience
