We are seeking a Hospitalist to join our dynamic Acute Rehab team, providing high-quality, compassionate rehabilitative care for patients recovering from major injuries or illnesses. Utilize advanced technology and innovative treatments to maximize recovery.
Key Highlights of the Position:
- Work with a multidisciplinary team including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, physicians, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, and case managers treating conditions such as Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, Post Orthopedic, and others.
- Admit, round, and discharge patients with an average stay of 10-13 days.
- No ICU or procedures required.
- Operate in a 46-bed, private room Acute Care Hospital.
- Daytime Hospitalist schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with no night shifts.
- Enjoy three protected weekends per month, working one weekend admitting patients.
- Manage a patient census of 16-20.
- Compensation is on a 1099 basis, with earnings based on your patient panel, averaging $340,000 annually.
- Opportunities to serve as Associate Medical Director with a paid stipend of $50,000 annually.
