Job summary

micro1 is seeking Hospitalist physicians to contribute expertise for inpatient care documentation standards and AI training. You will review records, ensure information quality, and provide feedback to improve AI models while working remotely.

The role requires current inpatient/hospitalist experience and strong understanding of hospital workflows, with emphasis on precise documentation and adherence to guidelines.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current or recent inpatient/hospitalist experience (within last 2 years).
• Strong understanding of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows.
• Experience with chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding/QA is a plus.
• Experience working across different inpatient services or specialties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes for AI Training.
• Check whether clinical information and claims are supported by the medical record.
• Review inpatient documentation, including HPI, PMH, assessments, and plans.
