Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage an average of 14-15 patients per shift.
• Respond to codes along with ICU physician.
• Handle admissions averaging 20 per day and 8-12 per night.

Details:

# of Beds: 379, Open ICU

Patient Volume per shift per provider: 14 - 15

Procedures optional, preferred for Nocturnist

Prefer experience with central lines, intubations, vent mgmt. a plus

Average of 20 admissions per day.

Average of 8 - 12 admissions per night.

Hospitalist responds to codes along with the ICU physician

Most subspecialties available (no plastics or transplant surgery)

APP support 7a-7p, 1p-1a, 7p-7a

EMR used is Epic

Credentials: Active Kentucky medical license. KY DEA. BLS. Board certified or officially eligible in IM or FM. Average credentialing time frame is 90-days; temps available.
