Job description

Hospitalist needed in Mattoon, IL, located 3 hours from Chicago, 2 hours from St. Louis, and 1.5 hours from Springfield. The service area covers approximately 50,000 residents.

Compensation and Schedule

Salary (subject to updates, previous bonuses included in salary):

1. Option 1: $375,000 for 2,184 worked hours (7 on/7 off), 182 shifts per year, no PTO.
2. Option 2: $325,500 for 1,880 worked hours (7 on/7 off), scheduled time off by request with reasonable notice, 156 shifts per year.
