Unique Hospitalist Position for Family Medicine Trained Physician in Iowa

Practice Details:

1. Flexible schedule options include: 7-on/7-off, 7-on/14-off, or 4-on/7-off.
2. Hybrid model shared with 6 other FM physicians working in clinic and rotating in the hospital.
3. Full scope Family Medicine includes newborn, pediatric, and adult care.
4. No procedures required but can be incorporated if interested.
5. Ability to be 1st assist for C-sections when primary OB provider is unavailable.
6. Typical census is 6-12 patients.
7. Hospital investment of $48 million in facilities expected to be completed this year.

Compensation Details:

1. Employed position with a salary range of $314K - $360K for just 141 days per year, averaging $2,200 - $2,500 per day.
