Our physicians:

• Provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.
• Receive physician-level wound management training and participate in a wound fellowship for clinical excellence.
• Earn an average of $300,000 per year plus benefits as W2 full-time physicians.
• Experience autonomy and flexibility with a typical 45-hour workweek for full-time roles.
• Receive paid training during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship.

Requirements:

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the practicing state.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Practice Overview:

• Full-time: Monday - Friday (7 am - 4 pm) or part-time (minimum 3 days/week).
• No call or weekend responsibilities.
• Deliver wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings like Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• This is a mobile practice visiting 2-3 facilities daily within a 40–60 mile radius.
• Treat approximately 20-30 patients per day, with real-time clinical documentation using proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• W2 employment contract; no work visa sponsorship available.
