Medical Director - Hospitalist
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: M-F Pay Rate: $300000.00 - $350000.00

Role and Responsibilities

- Clinical/Administrative Duties : 75% clinical and 25% administrative.

- Flexible Clinical Schedule: Pick up 9-12 clinical shifts per month.

- Team Leadership: Lead a team of 16 providers.

- Clinical Counsel : Provide advice to the CMO on clinical matters in your specialty.

- Collaboration: Work with Department Chairs and other Medical Staff leaders to support and develop clinical services.

- Schedule Oversight: Maintain oversight of schedules to ensure continuous clinical coverage.

- Compliance: Ensure the clinical service meets or exceeds State or Federal requirements and complies with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

- Strategic Alignment: Align clinical practice with hospital goals and strategies.

- Recruitment and Retention: Assist in the recruitment and retention of physicians and advanced practice clinicians.

- Patient Care Improvement: Partner with other departments and clinical services to enhance patient care.
