US Acute Care Solutions is seeking a hospitalist in Cumberland, Maryland. You will join a physician-led team delivering high-value, evidence-based care in a settings with on-site diagnostics and advanced cardiac procedures.

The Hospitalist Service operates with 140 daily encounters and a team of 20 physicians and 10 APPs, supported by IAC RN staff to optimize operations. A dedicated director oversees both Hospitalist and ED services, with strong focus on quality and ownership culture.

• Hospitalist team comprises 20 physicians and 10 APPs, providing broad coverage.
• Team is supported by IAC registered nurses to facilitate hospital operations.
• Block scheduling enables predictable workflow and work–life balance.
• Team approach with Hospitalist and Emergency Department under one IAC Director.
