• Day Shift: 5 Physicians & 1 NPPA (7a-7p) + day tele-surge
• Night Shift: 1 Tele Physician & 1 NPPA (7p-7a)
• Closed ICU
• Average Daily Encounters: 95-120
• NPPAs:
  • Must have at least 1 year of hospital medicine experience
  • Nurse Practitioners must be ACNP certified
  • Starting Commencement Bonus: $15,000
